Initially we were given no real brief to work with, so I came up with some creative ideas to begin. The early concept included lit bus routes and a landscape vs architecture concept. Over the course of te project the brief was defined much further and the scheme became much more conservative in its ambition and since concentrated on detailed design with the use of high quality natural stone materials and more subtle use of accent lighting.

This project was running for 10 years before I worked on it in 2008 and it had been through about 15 different designs for the architecture at the time.
